Today I want to tell about extraordinary behavior. Do you ever hear ‘extraordinary behavior’? Let’s discuss it! Lessons in Leadership and Followership from War. Examining the context of Army leadership, it’s described how our behaviors are driven by the situation we are in. The foul environment of war and how this environment drives extreme behaviors; both extreme courage and sacrifice, and extreme cruelty.
